Facility Request Form

Effective April 2009, all organizations that would like to utilize the Town Hall facilities will need to complete a Facility Request form.   There is NO CHARGE to use the facilities.  The Hopewell Town Clerk will have this form available in her office (normal workday hours of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM).  This form is also available online (follow the link below) and may be printed, completed and mailed to the Hopewell Town Clerk, 2716 County Road 47, Canandaigua, NY 14424.
