Town Board Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Wednesday of each month beginning at 7:00 PM, with the exception of July 4, 2012 (meeting cancelled) and in November, there will be only one (1) meeting on November 14, 2012 (the meetings scheduled for 11/7 and 11/21 are cancelled).  The agenda will be available the Monday prior to the regularly scheduled meeting after 5:00 PM.  Any questions, please contact Town Clerk Mary Ann Trickey at (585-394-0036, ext. 1). 

A special meeting has been called for the Town Board on Wednesday January 25, 2012 at 5:00 PM.  The purpose of the meeting will be to extend the bid deadline for contractors wishing to bid on the Town Hall Project.  The Town Board will also set a new date to open the sealed bids. 

Planning Board Workshops and Meetings are tentatively scheduled for the 3rd Monday of each month, with the exception of the January 2012 meeting which wil be held on January 9th, 2012 and the February 2012 meeting which will be held on February 13, 2012.  All regular monthly meetings will begin with a workshop at 7:00 PM and meeting to follow at 7:30 PM.   Agenda available the 1st week of the month.  Follow link on left under Boards & Committees - Planning Board - Documents - Agenda.  The Town Clerk (585-394-0036, ext. 1) will be notified if the meeting has been cancelled.
